ພີສະມະ ກ່າວວ່າ: ຄວນອາບນ້ຳເປັນປະຈຳໂດຍຫັນໜ້າໄປທາງເໜືອ ແລະດ້ວຍໃຈທີ່ຮວບຮວມ ແລະຕັ້ງໃຈ ຄວນຮັກສາຄວາມບໍລິສຸດຢູ່ເສມອ—ທັງໃນການປະພຶດ ແລະໃນຄວາມສະອາດສ່ວນຕົວ.
