प्रेक्षागारं सुविहितं चक़ुस्ते तस्य शिल्पिन: । राज्ञ: सर्वायुधोपेतं स्त्रीणां चैव नरर्षभ
dhṛtarāṣṭra uvāca | prekṣāgāraṃ suvihitaṃ cakṣuḥ te tasya śilpinaḥ | rājñaḥ sarvāyudhopetaṃ strīṇāṃ caiva nararṣabha ||
ທ້າວ ທຣິຕຣາດ ກ່າວວ່າ: «ໂອ ຜູ້ເປັນເລີດໃນບັນດາບຸລຸດ—ຊ່າງຂອງເຂົາໄດ້ສ້າງໂຮງເບິ່ງທີ່ຈັດວາງດີແລ້ວບໍ? ແລະໄດ້ສ້າງພະລານອັນງາມ ປອດໄພຢ່າງຄົບຖ້ວນ ສໍາລັບພະຣາຊາ ແລະສະຕຣີໃນວົງວັງ—ພ້ອມອາວຸດທຸກຊະນິດ—ເພື່ອໃຫ້ຊົມການສະແດງໄດ້ຢ່າງປອດໄພ ແລະສົມກັບລະບຽບພະຣາຊະສຳນັກບໍ?»
धृतराष्ट उवाच
Even in festive or public spectacles, royal duty includes ensuring propriety and safety—especially for vulnerable or protected groups such as the women of the royal household—through orderly arrangements and adequate security.
