pānāgāreṣu vā pibeyur asaṃcāriṇaḥ

Translation

ຫຼືອີກຢ່າງ ຜູ້ທີ່ບໍ່ໄດ້ຮັບອະນຸຍາດໃຫ້ເຄື່ອນໄຫວໄດ້ຢ່າງເສລີ (ຜູ້ຖືກຈຳກັດ) ຄວນດື່ມແຕ່ໃນໂຮງດື່ມຂອງລັດເທົ່ານັ້ນ।
