Transliteration

kartuśca dviśato daṇḍaḥ paṇacchedanaṃ vā

Translation

ແລະຜູ້ກໍ່ການຈະຖືກປັບໄໝ 200 ປະນະ ຫຼືບໍ່ຢ່າງນັ້ນຈະຖືກ paṇacchedana (ຕັດ/ຍຶດເງິນຈໍານວນນັ້ນ)។
