FAQs

It prescribes specific mantra-quotations for ritual commencement (karma-ārambha) and teaches the lakṣa-homa (100,000 oblations) as a structured homa-prayoga for attaining siddhi and health.

It blends mantra-śāstra and practical ritual engineering—linking a particular mantra-use case (starting rites) with a quantified homa regimen (lakṣa-homa) and an applied result (arogya), reflecting the text’s wide coverage of liturgy, discipline, and wellbeing.

Correct mantra application at the outset of karma is presented as removing obstacles and perfecting outcomes (siddhi), while sustained homa practice is framed as purificatory, yielding both merit and bodily freedom from disease (arogavān).
