Concept: Ritual forms (ākṛti) are goal-specific: some stabilize daily discipline, others support occasional aims; properly chosen forms can integrate bhukti and mukti.

Application: Match yantra type to rite category (nitya/naimittika) and intended fruit; avoid mixing forms without prescription.

FAQs

It distinguishes ritual diagram-forms used in worship: the red triangle (raktakoṇa) for nitya rites, and a twofold lotus-diagram (abja/padma)—unconnected vs connected—for naimittika rites.

It catalogs precise, technical worship-implements (geometric and lotus-diagrams) and links them to categories of Vedic/Puranic action (nitya vs naimittika), showing the text’s systematized ritual technology alongside spiritual goals.

Correctly employing the prescribed diagram (especially the twofold lotus) is said to yield both bhukti (worldly attainments) and mukti (liberation), integrating ritual performance with soteriological intent.
