पञ्चोपनिषदैर् मन्त्रैर् हुत्वा ब्राह्मणभोजनं सूतिकान्त्यजकोदक्यास्पृष्टे देवे शतं जपेत्

ເມື່ອໄດ້ຖວາຍຮອມດ້ວຍມັນຕຣາແຫ່ງອຸປນິສັດ 5 ປະການ ແລະໄດ້ເລີ້ຍງອາຫານແກ່ພຣະພຣາຫມັນ ຖ້າເທວະຮູບຖືກແຕະຕ້ອງໂດຍນ້ຳທີ່ກ່ຽວກັບຍິງຫຼັງຄອດ ຍິງມີປະຈຳເດືອນ ແບ້ ຫຼືນ້ຳບໍ່ບໍລິສຸດ ພຶງສວດມັນຕຣາ 100 ເທື່ອ។
