Concept: Bhūta-vidyā approach: ‘graha’ is treated via both substance-based therapy (ghṛta-yoga) and the broader ritual-psychic framework implied by surrounding verses.
Application: When symptoms are framed as ‘graha’, combine calming regimen and protective rites with digesting/clearing formulations, emphasizing safety, dose, and suitability (prakṛti, agni, age).

Related Themes: Agni Purāṇa 299 (graha-cikitsā formulations and procedures)
It gives an Ayurvedic grahachikitsa formulation: medicated ghee cooked in goat’s milk with specific drugs (pāṭhā, harītakī, vacā, śigru, saindhava, and tryūṣa) to counter graha-type seizure/affliction conditions.
Alongside theology and ritual, the Agni Purana preserves practical healthcare content—here, a precise pharmacological recipe (ghṛta preparation, ingredients, measure) situated within Bhūta-vidyā/grahacikitsā.
By presenting graha-afflictions as removable through sanctioned remedies, the text links bodily/mental disturbance with purificatory correction—restoring health and ritual fitness, which supports dharmic living.
