अथ सानन्दूरमाहात्म्यम् ॥ सूत उवाच ॥ द्वारकायास्तु माहात्म्यं श्रुत्वा ह्येतत्सुभाषितम् ॥ हृष्टावोचत्तदा देवं धर्मकामा वसुन्धरा ॥
atha sānandūramāhātmyam || sūta uvāca || dvārakāyās tu māhātmyaṃ śrutvā hy etat subhāṣitam || hṛṣṭā vocat tadā devaṃ dharmakāmā vasundharā
ಇದೀಗ ಸಾನಂದೂರ ಮಹಾತ್ಮ್ಯ. ಸೂತನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ದ್ವಾರಕೆಯ ಮಹಿಮೆಯನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸುವ ಈ ಸುಭಾಷಿತವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ, ಧರ್ಮಕಾಮಿನಿಯಾದ ವಸುಂಧರೆ ಹರ್ಷಗೊಂಡು ಆಗ ದೇವನಿಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡಿದಳು.
