स्वकं पालयते धर्मं स्वमतेनैव भाषितम् ॥ परवादं न कुर्वीत सर्वधर्मेषु निश्चितम्
svakaṃ pālayate dharmaṃ svamatenaiva bhāṣitam || paravādaṃ na kurvīta sarvadharmeṣu niścitam
ತನ್ನ ಮತದಂತೆ ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ತನ್ನ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು; ಪರನಿಂದಾವಚನ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು—ಇದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಧರ್ಮಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ ನಿಯಮ.
