saurāṣṭraviṣaye śubhre dhanadhānyasamākule | atha kālāṃtare tatra anāvṛṣṭirabhūddvijāḥ

ಧನಧಾನ್ಯದಿಂದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧವಾದ ಶುಭ್ರ ಸೌರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ, ಕೆಲಕಾಲದ ನಂತರ, ಓ ದ್ವಿಜರೇ, ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಾವೃಷ್ಟಿ (ಮಳೆಯ ಅಭಾವ) ಉಂಟಾಯಿತು.
