स्वयं पतितपुष्पाणि त्यजेदुपहतानि च । तुलसी शतपत्रं च गन्धारी दमनस्तथा

Transliteration

svayaṃ patitapuṣpāṇi tyajedupahatāni ca | tulasī śatapatraṃ ca gandhārī damanastathā

Translation

ತಾನೇ ಬಿದ್ದ ಪುಷ್ಪಗಳನ್ನೂ, ಹಾನಿಗೊಂಡ ಪುಷ್ಪಗಳನ್ನೂ ತ್ಯಜಿಸಬೇಕು. ಪೂಜೆಗೆ ತುಳಸಿ, ಶತಪತ್ರ (ಶತದಳ/ಗುಲಾಬಿ), ಗಂಧಾರೀ ಮತ್ತು ದಮನ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಬಹುದು.
