अकामतः कृते पापे प्रायश्चित्तं विदुर्बुधाः । कामकारकृतेऽप्याहुरेके श्रुतिनिदर्शनात्

Transliteration

akāmataḥ kṛte pāpe prāyaścittaṃ vidurbudhāḥ | kāmakārakṛte'pyāhureke śrutinidarśanāt

Translation

ಅಜ್ಞಾನದಿಂದ ಮಾಡಿದ ಪಾಪಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತ ವಿಧೇಯವೆಂದು ಪಂಡಿತರು ತಿಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಶ್ರುತಿಯ ಸೂಚನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಆಧರಿಸಿ, ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕ ಕರ್ಮಕ್ಕೂ ಕೆಲವರು ಪ್ರಾಯಶ್ಚಿತ್ತವನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
