धर्मश्चार्थश्च कामश्च मोक्षश्च परिकीर्त्यते । सर्वेष्वपि पुराणेषु तद्विरूढे च यत्फलम्
dharmaścārthaśca kāmaśca mokṣaśca parikīrtyate | sarveṣvapi purāṇeṣu tadvirūḍhe ca yatphalam
ಧರ್ಮ, ಅರ್ಥ, ಕಾಮ ಮತ್ತು ಮೋಕ್ಷ—ಇವುಗಳೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪುರಾಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಕೀರ್ತಿತವಾಗಿವೆ; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಆ ಉಪದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಸಮ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಿ ಆಚರಿಸಿದಾಗ ಉಂಟಾಗುವ ಫಲವೂ ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ।
