देव्युवाच । अद्य मे सफलं जन्म सफलं च तपः प्रभो । देवत्वमद्य मे जातं त्वत्प्रसादेन शंकर
devyuvāca | adya me saphalaṃ janma saphalaṃ ca tapaḥ prabho | devatvamadya me jātaṃ tvatprasādena śaṃkara
ದೇವಿಯು ಹೇಳಿದಳು—ಪ್ರಭೋ, ಇಂದು ನನ್ನ ಜನ್ಮ ಸಫಲವಾಯಿತು; ನನ್ನ ತಪಸ್ಸೂ ಫಲವಾಯಿತು. ಶಂಕರಾ, ಇಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಪ್ರಸಾದದಿಂದ ನನಗೆ ದೇವತ್ವಸಿದ್ಧಿ ದೊರಕಿತು।
