dvīpicarmāmbaradharā raṇatkiṃkiṇimekhalā | ḍamaḍḍamarukārā ca phetkārapūritāmbarā
Īśvara (Śiva)
Tirtha: Prabhāsa-kṣetra
Type: kshetra
Listener: Devī addressed; frame audience implied
Scene: The fierce attendant, clad in leopard skin with a jingling bell-belt, beats the ḍamaru; her cries reverberate, filling the sky as if the very firmament trembles.
The divine manifests as awe-inspiring power; sacred sound and fearsome form symbolize the removal of obstacles to Dharma.
The verse is embedded in Prabhāsa-kṣetra māhātmya but focuses on mythic description rather than naming a particular tīrtha.
No direct prescription; ritual symbols (ḍamaru, bells, animal-skin) appear as descriptive elements.
