विलक्षास्तु तथा सर्वे सावित्री किं वदिष्यति । ब्रह्मवाक्यानि वाच्यानि किं नु वै गोपकन्यया
vilakṣāstu tathā sarve sāvitrī kiṃ vadiṣyati | brahmavākyāni vācyāni kiṃ nu vai gopakanyayā
ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಗೊಂದಲಗೊಂಡು—“ಸಾವಿತ್ರಿ ಏನು ಹೇಳುವಳು? ಬ್ರಹ್ಮನ ಗಂಭೀರ ವಾಕ್ಯಗಳು ಹೇಗೆ ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸಲ್ಪಡುವವು—ಅವು ಕೂಡ ಗೋಪಿ-ಕನ್ಯೆಯಿಂದ ಹೇಗೆ?” ಎಂದು ಚಿಂತಿಸಿದರು.
