धननामा वणिक्कश्चित्तत्रैव वसते सदा । धनाढ्यः स तु धर्मात्मा सदा धर्मपरायणः
dhananāmā vaṇikkaścittatraiva vasate sadā | dhanāḍhyaḥ sa tu dharmātmā sadā dharmaparāyaṇaḥ
ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಧನ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಒಬ್ಬ ವ್ಯಾಪಾರಿ ಸದಾ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಅವನು ಧನಿಕನಾಗಿದ್ದರೂ ಧರ್ಮಾತ್ಮನಾಗಿ ನಿತ್ಯ ಧರ್ಮಪರಾಯಣನಾಗಿದ್ದನು।
