Transliteration

daṇḍaḥ pretapateḥ śaktirdevasenāpatestathā | anyeṣāṃ ca surāṇāṃ ca astrāṇyuktāni yāni vai

Translation

ಪ್ರೇತಪತಿ (ಯಮ)ನ ದಂಡವೂ, ದೇವಸೇನಾಪತಿ (ಕಾರ್ತ್ತಿಕೇಯ)ನ ಶಕ್ತಿಯೂ, ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಇತರ ದೇವತೆಗಳೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಎಲ್ಲ ಅಸ್ತ್ರಗಳೂ—ಅವುಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವನೇ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದನು.
