व्याघ्र उवाच । ब्रूहि ताञ्छपथान्भद्रे समागच्छसि यैः पुनः । ततोऽहं प्रत्ययं गत्वा मोचयिष्यामि वा न वा
vyāghra uvāca | brūhi tāñchapathānbhadre samāgacchasi yaiḥ punaḥ | tato'haṃ pratyayaṃ gatvā mocayiṣyāmi vā na vā
ವ್ಯಾಘ್ರನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಹೇ ಭದ್ರೇ, ನೀನು ಮತ್ತೆ ಬರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಆ ಶಪಥಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳು. ನಂತರ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಪಡೆದ ಮೇಲೆ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡುವೇನಾ ಬಿಡದೆಯೇನಾ ನಾನು ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ।
