पुलस्त्य उवाच । एवमस्त्विति स प्रोच्य तत्रैवांतरधीयत । शुक्रोपि दानवान्संख्ये हतान्देवैरनेकशः
pulastya uvāca | evamastviti sa procya tatraivāṃtaradhīyata | śukropi dānavānsaṃkhye hatāndevairanekaśaḥ
ಪುಲಸ್ತ್ಯನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—‘ಏವಮಸ್ತು’ ಎಂದು ನುಡಿದು ಅವನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅಂತರ್ಧಾನವಾಯಿತು. ಶುಕ್ರನೂ ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ದೇವತೆಗಳಿಂದ ಅನೇಕ ರೀತಿಯಾಗಿ ಹತರಾದ ದಾನವರನ್ನು ಕಂಡನು.
