एवं भूतस्तदा यज्ञो जातस्तस्य दुरात्मनः । दक्षस्य ब्रह्मबंधोश्च ऋषयो भयमागताः

Transliteration

evaṃ bhūtastadā yajño jātastasya durātmanaḥ | dakṣasya brahmabaṃdhośca ṛṣayo bhayamāgatāḥ

Translation

ಹೀಗೆ ಆ ದುರುಾತ್ಮ, ಹೆಸರಿಗಷ್ಟೇ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣನಾದ ದಕ್ಷನ ಯಜ್ಞವು ಅಂಥದೇ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಕ್ಕೆ ತಲುಪಿತು. ಋಷಿಗಳು ಭಯಗ್ರಸ್ತರಾದರು.
