त्वं देवि चावतारेषु विष्णोः साहाय्यकारिणी । विष्णुनाभ्यर्थ्यसे तस्मात्त्राहि मातर्नमोऽस्तु ते
tvaṃ devi cāvatāreṣu viṣṇoḥ sāhāyyakāriṇī | viṣṇunābhyarthyase tasmāttrāhi mātarnamo'stu te
ಹೇ ದೇವಿ! ವಿಷ್ಣುವಿನ ಅವತಾರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೀ ಸಹಾಯಕ ಶಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುವೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ವಿಷ್ಣುವೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಹೇ ಮಾತೆ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸು—ನಿನಗೆ ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ.
