sarvatrābhibhavaścaiva sarvaguhyanidarśanam | saṃsāradarśanaṃ cāpi mānasyo'ṣṭau ca siddhayaḥ
Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) to the sages (deduced from Māheśvarakhaṇḍa context)
Scene: A yogin seated in deep dhyāna; around him appear symbolic ‘windows’ showing hidden truths (guhya) and the wheel-like flow of saṃsāra; the atmosphere is luminous yet restrained, emphasizing inner vision rather than spectacle.
Even profound mental powers are still accomplishments within nature; the higher dharma is to seek freedom from saṃsāra, not fascination with it.
None in this verse; it is a doctrinal description of siddhis.
No explicit ritual is prescribed here.
