विमूढश्चाप्टयकार्याणि तानि तानि निषेवते । ततो विनश्यति क्षिप्रं नाशुचिः पूजयेत्ततः । शुचिर्वाभ्यर्चयेद्यश्च तस्य चेदशुभं भवेत्
vimūḍhaścāpṭayakāryāṇi tāni tāni niṣevate | tato vinaśyati kṣipraṃ nāśuciḥ pūjayettataḥ | śucirvābhyarcayedyaśca tasya cedaśubhaṃ bhavet
ಮೋಹಿತನಾಗಿ ಅವನು ನಾನಾವಿಧ ಅಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೊಡಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅದರಿಂದ ಅವನು ಶೀಘ್ರವೇ ನಾಶವಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಅಶುಚಿಯು ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಆದರೆ ಶುಚಿಯಾಗಿ ಸಮ್ಯಕವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಚನೆ ಮಾಡುವವನಿಗೂ ಏನಾದರೂ ಅಶುಭ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದರೆ—
