असाक्षिकेषु चार्थेषु मिथो विवदमानयोः । राजद्रोहाभिशापेषु साहसेषु तथैव च
asākṣikeṣu cārtheṣu mitho vivadamānayoḥ | rājadrohābhiśāpeṣu sāhaseṣu tathaiva ca
ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಗಳಿಲ್ಲದ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಬ್ಬರು ಪರಸ್ಪರ ವಾದಿಸಿದಾಗ; ರಾಜದ್ರೋಹದ ಆರೋಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ; ಶಾಪ ಮತ್ತು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಗಳಲ್ಲಿ; ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ಸಾಹಸ/ಹಿಂಸಾಕೃತ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ—ಅಂತಹ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಿವ್ಯಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಗವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ।
