अष्टादशापि चतुरस्ततोन्यूनं न कारयेत् । पयो दधि घृतं चैव क्षौद्रमिक्षुरसं तथा
aṣṭādaśāpi caturastatonyūnaṃ na kārayet | payo dadhi ghṛtaṃ caiva kṣaudramikṣurasaṃ tathā
ಹದಿನೆಂಟು ಅಥವಾ ನಾಲ್ಕನ್ನಾದರೂ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು; ಆದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಹಾಲು, ಮೊಸರು, ತುಪ್ಪ, ಜೇನು ಮತ್ತು ಕಬ್ಬಿನ ರಸವನ್ನೂ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಬೇಕು।
