चंदनागरुकर्पूरकस्तूरीपट्टवाससाम् । हस्तन्यासापहरणं स्कमस्तेयसमं स्मृतम्

Transliteration

caṃdanāgarukarpūrakastūrīpaṭṭavāsasām | hastanyāsāpaharaṇaṃ skamasteyasamaṃ smṛtam

Translation

ಚಂದನ, ಅಗರ, ಕರ್ಪೂರ, ಕಸ್ತೂರಿ, ಪಟ್ಟವಸ್ತ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠ ವಸ್ತ್ರಗಳ ಹರಣ; ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ನ್ಯಾಸವಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನು ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು—ಘೋರ ಕಳ್ಳತನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಮವೆಂದು ಸ್ಮೃತವಾಗಿದೆ.
