vṛṣṭyā babhūvurauṣadhyo grāmyāraṇyāścaturdaśa | akṛṣṭapacyānūptāstoyabhūmisamāgamāt

Translation

ಮಳೆಯಿಂದ ಗ್ರಾಮ್ಯವೂ ಅರಣ್ಯಜನ್ಯವೂ ಆದ ಹದಿನಾಲ್ಕು ವಿಧದ ಔಷಧಿಗಳು ಉದ್ಭವಿಸಿದವು. ಜಲ-ಭೂಮಿ ಸಂಗಮದಿಂದ ಅವು ಉಳುಮೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ, ಬಿತ್ತನೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ತಾನೇ ಪಕ್ವವಾದವು.
