Lomaharṣaṇa (Sūta) to the sages (deduced from Māheśvarakhaṇḍa narrative style)
Scene: A pralaya tableau: lower worlds dissolving into cosmic waters/void, while above remains an unperishing luminous principle; seven loka-spheres shown as earned stations, fading at the edges, contrasted with a steady central light.
Merit (puṇya) elevates the soul to higher realms, while the ultimate principle remains imperishable even when cosmic cycles dissolve.
No single tīrtha is named in this verse; it presents a cosmological teaching about worlds attained through puṇya.
No direct rite is listed here; the verse emphasizes puṇya as the cause for attaining the seven lokas.
