दुराचारान्भवानस्मानात्मद्रोहपरायणान् । अहो पश्यत नो मौढ्यं जानंतस्तव भाविनीम्
durācārānbhavānasmānātmadrohaparāyaṇān | aho paśyata no mauḍhyaṃ jānaṃtastava bhāvinīm
ನಾವು ದುರುಚಾರಿಗಳು, ಸ್ವಾತ್ಮದ್ರೋಹದಲ್ಲೇ ಪರಾಯಣರು. ಅಯ್ಯೋ, ನಮ್ಮ ಮೂಢತೆಯನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ—ನಿನ್ನ ಭಾವಿನಿ (ಉಮಾ) ಯೆಂದು ತಿಳಿದೂ ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆವು.
