न जातोऽभवद्भार्या पतिश्चेति वर्तते च भवो हि सः । न स जातो महादेवो भूतभव्यभवोद्भवः
na jāto'bhavadbhāryā patiśceti vartate ca bhavo hi saḥ | na sa jāto mahādevo bhūtabhavyabhavodbhavaḥ
ಅವನು ಜನಿಸಿದವನು ಅಲ್ಲ; ಆದರೂ ‘ಪತಿ’ ‘ಪತ್ನಿ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ—ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವನೇ ಭವ (ಶಿವ). ಆ ಮಹಾದೇವ ಅಜನ್ಮ; ಅವನಿಂದಲೇ ಭೂತ, ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಸ್ತ ಭವಪ್ರವಾಹ ಉದ್ಭವಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
