ब्राह्मणाश्च कृतस्थाना नानाधर्मोपदेशनैः । समुद्धरंति वर्णांस्त्रींस्ततः पूज्यतमा द्विजाः
brāhmaṇāśca kṛtasthānā nānādharmopadeśanaiḥ | samuddharaṃti varṇāṃstrīṃstataḥ pūjyatamā dvijāḥ
ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರು ಯಥೋಚಿತವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಾಪಿತರಾಗಿ, ನಾನಾವಿಧ ಧರ್ಮೋಪದೇಶಗಳಿಂದ ಮೂರು ವರ್ಣಗಳನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧರಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ದ್ವಿಜರು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪೂಜ್ಯರೆಂದು ಗಣಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
