आगतस्तीर्थमेतद्धि प्रमोदोऽतीव मे हृदि । तीर्थानां दर्शनं धन्यमवगाहस्ततोऽधिकः

Transliteration

āgatastīrthametaddhi pramodo'tīva me hṛdi | tīrthānāṃ darśanaṃ dhanyamavagāhastato'dhikaḥ

Translation

ನಿಜವಾಗಿಯೂ ನಾನು ಈ ಪವಿತ್ರ ತೀರ್ಥವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಪಾರ ಆನಂದ ಉಕ್ಕುತ್ತಿದೆ. ತೀರ್ಥಗಳ ದರ್ಶನ ಧನ್ಯ; ಆದರೆ ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ನಾನ-ಅವಗಾಹನ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಫಲಪ್ರದವಾಗಿದೆ.
