जघ्नतुस्तौ रणे दैत्यमेकैकं षष्टिभिः शरैः । निर्भिद्य ते महादैत्यं सपुंखा विविशुर्महीम्
jaghnatustau raṇe daityamekaikaṃ ṣaṣṭibhiḥ śaraiḥ | nirbhidya te mahādaityaṃ sapuṃkhā viviśurmahīm
ಯುದ್ಧದಲ್ಲಿ ಆ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ ದೈತ್ಯನನ್ನು—ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬರೂ ಅರವತ್ತು ಬಾಣಗಳಿಂದ—ಹೊಡೆದರು. ಆ ಬಾಣಗಳು ಮಹಾದೈತ್ಯನನ್ನು ಭೇದಿಸಿ, ರೆಕ್ಕೆಗಳೊಡನೆ, ಭೂಮಿಯೊಳಗೆ ನುಗ್ಗಿದವು।
