तुरंगाणां सहस्राणि गजानामयुतानि च । रक्तेन तेषां घोरेण दुस्तरा चाभवन्मही
turaṃgāṇāṃ sahasrāṇi gajānāmayutāni ca | raktena teṣāṃ ghoreṇa dustarā cābhavanmahī
ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕುದುರೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಅಯುತಗಳಷ್ಟು ಆನೆಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದವು; ಅವರ ಭೀಕರ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ಭೂಮಿ ದಾಟಲಾಗದಷ್ಟು ದುಸ್ತರವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
