तारक उवाच । राज्येन बुद्बुदाभेन स्त्रीभिरक्षैश्च पानकैः । मोहितो जन्म लब्ध्वात्र त्यजते पौरुषं नरः
tāraka uvāca | rājyena budbudābhena strībhirakṣaiśca pānakaiḥ | mohito janma labdhvātra tyajate pauruṣaṃ naraḥ
ತಾರಕನು ಹೇಳಿದನು—ಬುಬ್ಬುಳದಂತೆ ಕ್ಷಣಭಂಗುರವಾದ ರಾಜ್ಯದಿಂದ, ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರಿಂದ, ಪಾಶಕ್ರೀಡೆಯಿಂದ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾನದಿಂದ ಮೋಹಿತನಾಗಿ, ಈ ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನ್ಮ ಪಡೆದ ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಸಹ ತನ್ನ ಪೌರುಷಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ।
