आहारमिच्छन्स्वां भार्यां न ददर्शाश्रमे स्वके । भार्याहीनोऽफलश्चेति स संचिंत्य इतस्ततः
āhāramicchansvāṃ bhāryāṃ na dadarśāśrame svake | bhāryāhīno'phalaśceti sa saṃciṃtya itastataḥ
ಆಹಾರವನ್ನು ಬಯಸಿ ತನ್ನ ಆಶ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಪತ್ನಿಯನ್ನು ಅವನು ಕಾಣಲಿಲ್ಲ. ‘ಪತ್ನಿಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ನಾನು ನಿಷ್ಫಲನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ’ ಎಂದು ಯೋಚಿಸಿ ಅವನು ಇತ್ತತ್ತ ಮರುಮರು ಚಿಂತಿಸಿದನು.
