ಯಾವನು ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಯಿಂದ ನಿತ್ಯ ಮಹಾಕಾಲನನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸುತ್ತಾನೋ, ಅವನು ಕುಕುಲೀನ ದೋಷಗಳಿಂದ ಹಾವು ಚರ್ಮ ಬಿಟ್ಟಂತೆ ಮುಕ್ತನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ।
