कलरव्युवाच । प्रिय पारावत प्राज्ञ सर्वकामि सुखारव । तव दृग्विषयं प्राप्तः श्येनोय प्रबलो रिपुः
kalaravyuvāca | priya pārāvata prājña sarvakāmi sukhārava | tava dṛgviṣayaṃ prāptaḥ śyenoya prabalo ripuḥ
ಕಲರವಾ ಹೇಳಿದಳು—ಪ್ರಿಯ ಪಾರಾವತ! ಪ್ರಾಜ್ಞ, ಮಧುರರವ, ಸರ್ವಕಾಮಪ್ರದ! ಈ ಬಲಿಷ್ಠ ಶತ್ರು ಶ್ಯೇನನು ಈಗ ನಿನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಗೋಚರಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ।
