अनपत्या न तद्राष्ट्रे धनहीनोपि कोपि न । अवृद्धसेवी नो कश्चिदकांडमृतिभाक्च न

ಆ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರೂ ಸಂತಾನಹೀನರಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಯಾರೂ—ಧನಹೀನರಾದರೂ—ಜೀವನೋಪಾಯವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಅಯೋಗ್ಯರನ್ನು ಸೇವಿಸುವವರು ಇರಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಮತ್ತು ಯಾರಿಗೂ ಅಕಾಲಮೃತ್ಯು ಸಂಭವಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ.
