गंगां गच्छति यस्त्वेको यस्तु भक्त्यानुमोदयेत् । तयोस्तुल्यफलं प्राहुर्भक्तिरेवात्र कारणम्
gaṃgāṃ gacchati yastveko yastu bhaktyānumodayet | tayostulyaphalaṃ prāhurbhaktirevātra kāraṇam
ಒಬ್ಬನು ಗಂಗೆಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು (ಹೋಗಲಾಗದೆ) ಭಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಅನುಮೋದಿಸಿ ಹರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ—ಇಬ್ಬರಿಗೂ ಸಮಫಲವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರಣ ಭಕ್ತಿಯೇ.
