वियच्च तावदुपरि विस्तारपरिमंडलम् । योजनानां च नियुते भूमेर्भानुर्व्यवस्थितः
viyacca tāvadupari vistāraparimaṃḍalam | yojanānāṃ ca niyute bhūmerbhānurvyavasthitaḥ
ಅದರ ಮೇಲ್ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕಾಶದ ವಿಸ್ತಾರವು ಮಹಾವೃತ್ತಾಕಾರದ ಪರಿಮಂಡಲದಂತೆ ಇದೆ; ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ ಹತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರ ಯೋಜನ ದೂರದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾನು (ಸೂರ್ಯ) ಸ್ಥಿತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ।
