न माधुर्यं न गांभीर्यं न चार्यपरितोषणम् । अरुंधत्या यथा देवि तथाऽन्यासां क्वचित्प्रिये

Transliteration

na mādhuryaṃ na gāṃbhīryaṃ na cāryaparitoṣaṇam | aruṃdhatyā yathā devi tathā'nyāsāṃ kvacitpriye

Translation

ಅಂತಹ ಮಾಧುರ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ, ಅಂತಹ ಗಾಂಭೀರ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ, ಆರ್ಯರನ್ನು ತೃಪ್ತಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಅಂತಹ ಶಕ್ತಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ—ಹೇ ದೇವಿ, ಹೇ ಪ್ರಿಯೆ—ಅರುಂಧತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರುವಂತೆ ಬೇರೆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಇಲ್ಲ।
