मा मारयध्वं त्रायध्वं भटाः कार्पटिका वयम् । अनायासं लुंठयध्वं नयध्वं च यदस्ति नः
mā mārayadhvaṃ trāyadhvaṃ bhaṭāḥ kārpaṭikā vayam | anāyāsaṃ luṃṭhayadhvaṃ nayadhvaṃ ca yadasti naḥ
“ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಡಿ—ಓ ಭಟರೇ, ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ! ನಾವು ದರಿದ್ರ ಕಾರ್ಪಟಿಕ ಭಿಕ್ಷುಕರು. ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿರುವುದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅನಾಯಾಸವಾಗಿ ಲೂಟಿ ಮಾಡಿ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಿರಿ.”
