दातारं च तथात्मानं तारयन्ति तरन्ति च । श्राद्धं सोमेश्वरे पार्थ यः कुर्याद्गतमत्सरः

ಅವರು ದಾತನನ್ನೂ ತಮ್ಮನ್ನೂ ಉದ್ಧರಿಸಿ, ಸಂಸಾರಸಾಗರವನ್ನು ದಾಟುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಓ ಪಾರ್ಥ, ಮತ್ಸರವನ್ನು ತ್ಯಜಿಸಿ ಸೋಮೇಶ್ವರದಲ್ಲಿ ಶ್ರಾದ್ಧ ಮಾಡುವವನು ಈ ತಾರಕ ಪುಣ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಾನೆ।
