कथितुं वृद्धभावत्वादतीतो बहुकालिकः । संक्षेपात्तेन ते तात कथयामि निबोध मे

Transliteration

kathituṃ vṛddhabhāvatvādatīto bahukālikaḥ | saṃkṣepāttena te tāta kathayāmi nibodha me

Translation

ವೃದ್ಧಾವಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ ಬಹಳ ಕಾಲ ಕಳೆದಿದೆ; ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಾನು ಇದನ್ನು ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಹೇ ತಾತ, ನಿನಗೆ ಸಂಕ್ಷೇಪವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ—ನನ್ನ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸು।
