Mārkaṇḍeya (inferred; concluding phalaśruti tone)
Listener: sages / audience
Scene: A radiant ascent to svarga: purified souls rising through luminous skies into a celestial city; Siddhas and Gandharvas welcome them with music; moon-bright Apsarases dance in graceful circles.
Purāṇic devotion and merit remove accumulated negativity and lead to exalted states depicted as heavenly attainment.
The merit is linked to the Revā-khaṇḍa narrative and its sacred tradition rather than one pinpointed location in this verse.
Implicitly, śravaṇa/pāṭha of the praised narrative; the verse states the fruit (svarga-sukha), not procedural details.
