mama pādatalaṃ prāpya vaha tripathagāmini | yadā bahūdakakāle narmadājalasaṃbhṛtā

Translation

ಹೇ ತ್ರಿಪಥಗಾಮಿನೀ! ನನ್ನ ಪಾದತಳವನ್ನು ತಲುಪಿ ಮುಂದಕ್ಕೆ ಹರಿಯು. ಬಹುಜಲಕಾಲ ಬಂದಾಗ ನೀನು ನರ್ಮದಾಜಲದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿಹೋಗುವೆ.
