न जीवे वञ्चितोऽन्येन प्राणांस्त्यक्ष्ये न संशयः । एतन्मे वद विप्रेन्द्र परं कौतूहलं मम
na jīve vañcito'nyena prāṇāṃstyakṣye na saṃśayaḥ | etanme vada viprendra paraṃ kautūhalaṃ mama
ನಾನು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬರಿಂದ ವಂಚಿತನಾದರೆ ಬದುಕುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿಶ್ಚಯವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಾಣ ತ್ಯಜಿಸುವೆನು. ಹೇ ವಿಪ್ರೇಂದ್ರ, ಇದನ್ನು ನನಗೆ ಹೇಳು; ನನ್ನ ಕುತೂಹಲ ಅತ್ಯಂತವಾಗಿದೆ.
